MADELINE MERLO ‘IT DIDN’T’ MUSIC VIDEO OUT NOW
“It Didn’t” is a very personal song and it was important to me to bring those words to life. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted the video to look like before I ever even stepped into the recording studio.”
“This video tells a story of resilience and celebrates getting through something hard. The Edde Brothers are absolute pros and were so incredibly open and gracious to me. They worked so hard to make sure my heart was in every scene. Each set up demonstrates a ‘Glow Up’ version of myself and the boxer at the end is a metaphor for the fight it takes to come out on the other side. I love how vibrant and electric everything feels from the minute that chorus hits!” – Madeline Merlo
Multi-CCMA Award nominee and CCMA Rising Star winner Madeline Merlo is set to drop a new single to country radio on October 28th.
Produced by Jeff Pardo, and co-written with Pardo and Jason Blaine, “It Didn’t” is an up-tempo post-break-up anthem that has already gained close to half a million digital streams globally. It is the final track from a trio of songs Merlo released back in April, which included “Kiss Kiss” (her recent top 15 radio hit) and the emotional ballad “If You Never Broke My Heart.”
